Creative

Creative is a server where thoughts and dreams come to life. If you want to build a house, town, or Kingdom this is the server to get you started. In creative you are given access to all building blocks and items found within the game. What you do and how you use each item is entirely up to you. Flying is just a bonus.

Survival

Welcome to survival. You appear in a world filled with danger at every turn, and all that is expected of you is to survive and make a living for yourself. You are not invincible so watch your step. During the day everything is peaceful, but when darkness envelops everything that’s when the monsters come out to play.

Our Aim

Here at PlanB, our main focus and priority is to the community. Our humble network of servers boasts game modes and features requested from within the community. Including not only Survival and Creative servers but the occasional Modpack, vanilla Skyblock, game nights on public servers and more. Votes and discussion often take place around key points, to ensure every move is made in the best interest of us all.

Our Origin

...And so many great Minecraft servers, it seems. Several years ago, Lovecraft, a vanilla Minecraft community, disappeared into the void together with its owner. We, a dedicated group of players and friends that played on it, had no clue where it went, but it left us without a home. We decided to not let that setback get to us and to continue its legacy in the form of a new server, where we could continue to express our creativity and unleash our wildest ideas.

We decided it was time for a PlanB!

Our Tech

By carefully maintaining our own dedicated hardware exclusive to PlanB, we do not rely on the poorly maintained or oversold shared servers typically used in small communities. Along side carefully handpicked or custom written plugins, healthy RAM and CPU allocation, regular backups and restarts helps to ensure we provide the smoothest game-play we can.

Our Funding

Premium hardware comes at a cost, which has been covered by generous dontations. Without the support over the years, there is no doubt we wouldn't have had the freedoms to do some of the awesome things we have done.

PlanB has never and will never be a Pay To Win community. You won't find a shop trading IRL currency for in game items or ranks. All donations are made with no added perks or benefits, except our eternal appreciation.
